CPI report: February 2021

Consumer prices rose 1.7% in the 12 months through February 2021, up from 1.4% in January. Core inflation, which excludes food and energy, ran 1.3%. The CPI-U index stood at 263.014, a 0.5% change from the prior month (not seasonally adjusted).
